Rereading Hornblower and the Hotspur and enjoying it just as much as the first time I read it.

I am reading The Way of the Wilderking. Which is very good, but if you know the story of David it's not very surprising so far.

The Vanishing Sculptor, though I have Masters and Slayers coming today, so an inner battle may play out this week. I really want to save MaS for a long car ride next week, but we'll see if I cave.

I've been working my way through the Anne of Green Gables series. I'm on the third one, Anne of the Island.

I am reading the Rangers Apprentice number 9, Halt's Peril. It's not as good as the rest, but still enjoyable.

Spider Sparrow. It's a very different Dick King-Smith book.

I wasn't sure where to put this little shout-out, but I figured since it's the most frequented thread, I'll slip this in. Waterbrook-Multnomah has this program up where you sign up to review new publishes on your personal blog. There is no requirement beyond your owning a blog. They send you free books that you can keep! I thought it was a pretty sweet deal:
    http://www.waterbrookmultnomah.com/bloggingforbooks/
You can read more information there.
I've already signed up and will be posting my reviews at:
    http://freshpressbookreviews.wordpress.com/
Thought the notion of free books might appeal to some of you.
