I like the new modifications, simply because they finally updated some of the data on the Redwall site.

Yeah, I'm glad they updated it, I just wish they would have left the old design.

I think we're going to be able to go! My mom seemed enthusiastic, and I think my dad is convinced. I can't believe I might actually meet Brian Jacques! I'm nervous. Have any of you ever been to a book signing of an author you liked?

I've never been to one, but I would assume that you'll be fine if you remember that authors are just like anybody else: Human. They (and you) will probably be more comfortable if you just be yourself and don't expect them to be wonder-people.

(And what if we started standing in awe of the craft of such people as the guys who pick up the garbage?)

I know authors are human, but I'm not that great around people in general, so I'm still nervous. Oh, well. Imagine how I would feel if I could go to the Motiv8 tour...

    Oh man...
I've met a few homeschool greats like the guy who wrote my math book, Jessica Hulcy, Susan Bauer, folks like that, at conventions. (Which rock, BTW.)

Hey, I found a really fun Redwall website where you can see which character you are and other fun stuff. It even says game coming soon. What do you think of that? The website is http://www.theredwallexperience.com . Check it out.
