Hey i've just finished a book called "Endworlds" it's a really good read

It's kind of a sci-fi book but it's also a new kind of book called "reality literature" where events that happen in the real world are then written into the book, then the evens in the book dictate new events in the real world. Seriously amazing!!After the first book it leads to a treasure hunt in the real world and the people who find the treasure are written into the sequel! So that means YOU could be in a book!!

I don't think i've seen a book like it before check it out - http://bit.ly/wMYrSt

Would be great to have a group on here to discuss it, to help with the clues, puzzles ect!

This is where we can discuss the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini. I haven't finished Eragon yet so use the spoilers for the other two books.

Has anyone ever seen things like T-shirts or general goodies about books? For example, I have a shirt that said "Careful, or you'll end up in my novel." And I saw a tote that quoted, "Real Men Read." Jolly things like that warm my heart!

How do y'all keep track of the books you've read? Or do you? I've been keeping a list of every book I've read since easter 2003, and recently passed my goal of reading 1,000 books!

You know you love books when:

You hesitate to buy books because you have run out of shelf space.

You still buy those books, because you just know you can squeeze them in somewhere.

You can't squeeze them in, so they end up balanced precariously on the edge of a shelf.

Your library begins to impose a limit on the number of items that can be checked out on one card.

The librarians know you on sight and know exactly where your books are on the hold shelf.

You memorize your library card number.

Your library card expires and you are dismayed to find out that you cannot keep your old number.

Your pulse quickens during library book sale season.

You buy books at library book sales just because they looked interesting.

You walk out of library book sales carrying several large boxes of books.

Your "to read" list gets increasingly longer.

You can rattle off the release dates of a dozen new books on your wish list.

Your relatives want to know if you would like anything other than books for your birthday or Christmas.

People start to wonder if you can give any gifts that are not books.

You constantly nag your friends to read more.

You meet somebody for the first time, and the first thing you ask them is, "So, do you read much?"

You plan on naming your children after your favorite characters from your favorite fantasy novel.

Yes, I personally have experienced every single one of these.

Feel free to add anything I've missed!

We all know we love reading books, so why not post a picture of yourself reading? Have someone catch you in action and post the picture here. It can be real artsy, like your hand grasping the page if you'd like to remain inconspicuous, or it can be a loverly mug-shot!
